1. Introduction

Activity Panel (“Service”, “we”, “our”) is a visualization and analytics tool officially integrated with Kommo CRM.

The integration uses only the Kommo Events API and processes activity data generated inside the user’s Account.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and process personal data when you (“user”, “you”) interact with the Service.

The Service is provided by Ventasboost LLC.

By using Activity Panel, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of the Policy

This Policy applies to:
  • Data retrieved automatically from the Events of your Kommo Account
  • Data transmitted between Kommo and our servers
  • Data displayed inside the Activity Panel interface

This Policy does not apply to:
  • Data processed directly by Kommo CRM
  • Data entered manually by Users within the Account
  • Data handled by external services or integrations connected to Kommo
Kommo acts as an independent data controller for all processing occurring inside its platform.

3. Data We Collect

3.1. Data from Kommo Events API

Activity Panel receives only the information provided within Events, which may include:
  • Type of Event (e.g., Task created, Lead updated, Note added, message sent)
  • The User responsible for the Event
  • Timestamps, metadata, and technical parameters
  • References to entities such as Lead, Contact, Company, Task, or Note when they appear as part of the Event metadata

Important:
Activity Panel does not access Leads, Contacts, Companies, Pipelines, Statuses, or any other Kommo entities directly.
We only process the information embedded inside Events.

We do not modify, enrich, or supplement any Event data.

3.2. Automatically Collected Technical Data

For operational stability, we may collect limited technical information such as:
  • IP address of the API request
  • Date and time of the request
  • Server logs related to API operations
We do not use cookies, behavioral tracking, or profiling.

4. How We Use the Data

We process the received data exclusively for the following purposes:

4.1. Service Functionality

  • Display activity analytics within Activity Panel
  • Build dashboards, charts, and visual reports
  • Synchronize Event data with Kommo in real time

4.2. Service Reliability and Security

  • Monitor the performance of the Events API
  • Detect and prevent technical issues
  • Ensure continuous operation and system integrity

4.3. Legal Compliance

  • Respond to legitimate requests from authorities
  • Meet regulatory obligations
We do not use your data for marketing or commercial profiling.

Depending on applicable law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
  • Performance of a contract — to provide the requested Service
  • Legitimate interest — to operate Activity Panel securely and efficiently
  • Consent — where explicitly required by law

6. Data Storage and Retention

6.1. Storage Location

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure controlled by us and managed by a professional hosting provider.

We apply:
  • Controlled server access
  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)

6.2. Retention Period

We retain data only as long as necessary to:
  • Deliver Service functionality
  • Maintain operational stability

We do not integrate advertising networks or third-party analytics tools.

No other third parties receive or can access your data.

  • Managing User access and permissions inside the Account
  • Ensuring authorized use of Activity Panel within your organization
Activity Panel does not modify, control, or manage your Account environment.

11. Age Requirements

The Service is available only to users 18 years of age or older.
We do not intentionally collect data from minors.

12. Official Kommo Integration

Activity Panel is an official integration of Kommo CRM.

The integration has been:
  • Technically validated by Kommo Engineering and Support
  • Approved for production use under Kommo’s API policies
  • Developed in full compliance with Kommo’s security and data-handling standards
  • Built exclusively using authorized methods of the Events API.

Our integration adheres to core principles required for trusted Kommo partners:
  • Minimal data access (Events-only)
  • Strict API-level authentication
  • Encrypted communication at all times
  • No background or hidden data processing
This ensures that Activity Panel operates within Kommo’s recommended security framework and meets enterprise-level reliability expectations.

13. Your Rights

  • Access your data processed by the Service
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)
